I have this blog and I'm ready to start using it. I plan to talk about birth here in the United States as well as abroad. I also want to discuss my journey to becoming a Certified Nurse Midwife/ Family Practice Nurse. I really want to work with under-served populations and give preventative care and help coordinate care. I really feel called to serve other women and their children.
This semester I am taking Nutrition online and CPR/First Aid every Wednesday. I will let you know how that goes! I am also applying to start nursing school this fall. I should find out at the beginning of May whether I got into the evening program. I already have my BBA, so I plan to apply to University of North Dakota after I graduate from this program to get a Nurse Practitioner degree.
